I’ve been shopping at the Zelle stores For the last 10 years, honestly, they are very professional. They have always helped me with any questions or concerns that I had. They have an amazing selection of different items.Today I got to work with Melissa. She was an amazing salesman. She answered my needs, she was very patient and kind. She took the time to understand what I needed, showed me several options, and explained the features of each watch in a clear and helpful way. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made the process smooth and enjoyable. She made sure I found a watch that was both practical for my program and aligned with my personal style. I truly appreciated her expertise and friendly attitude throughout the entire visit. The store itself was clean, organized, and offered a great selection, but Nina’s customer service is what truly stood out. Because of her, I left confident and satisfied with my purchase.
